I offer service, repair and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps and their associated systems.
Servicing of a heat pump and the associated system includes the general maintenance of the appliance as stipulated by the manufacturer; plus essential other duties like water sampling and dosing of chemicals plus re-application of anti-UV coatings on insulated pipework.
IMPORTANT
I do not offer compressor or refrigerant circuit services at this time. In the event that your issue is a refrigerant based fault, I will refer you to the manufacturer for support.
Heat pump servicing is charged on an hourly basis, charged to the next 30 minutes with a minimum 1hr charge, plus materials, access equipment and any applicable parking charges.
At this time, all heat pump maintenance is subject to survey and acceptance.
If your heat pump is poorly fitted or does not meet basic minimum standards, I reserve the right to not work on it until issues have been corrected.
